Christian Garin Switches To Emporio Armani’s EA7 Apparel

Christian Garin has switched to Italian brand Emporio Armani’s EA7 brand apparel. Garin was previously sponsored by Adidas for apparel. Garin debuted his new Armani wear at the ATP Cup this week.

Christian Garin is currently in the Top 20 in world rankings. He is also Chile’s number 1 tennis player. In 2013, he won the junior French Open title beating Alexander Zverev. His best run at a grand slam was reaching the fourth round at the French Open and Wimbledon.

As Chile’s top tennis player, Garin is sought after by sponsors. Garin’s other sponsors include Wilson, Emporio Armani, Gillette, Powerade, and Banco de Chile.

Matteo Berrettini To Wear Hugo Bass Apparel On Court

Matteo Berrettini has signed a clothing sponsorship deal with German luxury brand Hugo Boss. Berrettini had an impressive 2021 season in which he reached the finals at Wimbledon. It’s no surprise that sponsors are circling the good-looking Italian star.

Matteo Berrettini was previously wearing Lotto apparel. Players typically make sponsor changes at the start of the new year. Berrettini debuted his Hugo apparel at the ATP Cup.

Hugo Boss is not big player in the tennis apparel market. But just like Armani, Boss is trying to reach new markets with its tennis sponsorship.

Hugo Boss made uniforms for the Nazi party. After end of World War II, the company started focusing on men’s apparel. The company now makes men’s, women’s and children’s clothing. Hugo Boss went public in 1988 and has more than 1000 retail stores.
