Matteo Berrettini To Wear Hugo Bass Apparel On Court

Matteo Berrettini has signed a clothing sponsorship deal with German luxury brand Hugo Boss. Berrettini had an impressive 2021 season in which he reached the finals at Wimbledon. It’s no surprise that sponsors are circling the good-looking Italian star.

Matteo Berrettini was previously wearing Lotto apparel. Players typically make sponsor changes at the start of the new year. Berrettini debuted his Hugo apparel at the ATP Cup.

Hugo Boss is not big player in the tennis apparel market. But just like Armani, Boss is trying to reach new markets with its tennis sponsorship.

Hugo Boss made uniforms for the Nazi party. After end of World War II, the company started focusing on men’s apparel. The company now makes men’s, women’s and children’s clothing. Hugo Boss went public in 1988 and has more than 1000 retail stores.
