Serena Williams and sister Venus Williams appear in swimsuits in the March edition of Harper’s Bazaar magazine. The excellent write-up chronicles their journey from Compton to becoming grand slam champions and their accomplishments off the court.

In the article, the Williams sisters talk about King Richard, the well-acclaimed movie that that tells their story.

These days, the sisters play tennis on their terms. They make time for activities other than tennis. They are involved in charities and businesses. They have earned the freedom to do it their way.

Carlos Alcaraz Beats Nadal Record. Jelena Ostapenko Slays Grand Slam Champions To Win Dubai Title

Carlos Alcaraz entered the Top 20 in world ranking after beating Diego Schwartzman to win the Rio title. The 18-year old became the youngest ATP 500 title winner since the category was created in 2009. He is also the youngest active player in the Top 20. Nadal was 18 years and 10  months old when he reached the Top 20. Alcaraz achieved that feat at 18 years and 9 months.

Cameron Norrie won the Delay beach title beating Reilly Opelka in straight sets. This was Norrie’s third ATP title.

Roberto Bautista Agut was in top form at the Qatar Open. Handing a bagel and breadstick to Andy Murray, Bautista Agut won the title beating Nikoloz Basilashvili in the final.

Andrey Rublev beat Felix Auger-Aliassime in the final to win the Open 13 title at Marseille. Auger-Aliassime, who was scheduled to play in Dubai, withdrew from the tournament citing a back injury.

Jelena Ostapenko was in top form beating four grand slam winners – Sofia Kenin, Iga Swiatek, Petra Kvitova, and Simona Halep – on her way to the title in Dubai. She beat  Veronika Kudermetova in the final. The question always is – can she stay consistent enough to win another grand slam title.
