Naomi Osaka Launches Handbag Collection With Strathberry

Naomi Osaka now has her own handbag collection. Osaka announced that she collaborated with Strathberry to create a limited edition of her handbag collection.

The bags come in lime green, vanilla, and pink tones. The bags are minimalist and yet bold at the same time. You can see the full collection on the Strathberry website.

Strathberry is a luxury fashion accessories company based in Edinburg, Scotland. It was founded in 2011 by Guy Hundleby and Leeanne Hundleby.

Naomi Osaka is the highest-paid female athlete in the world. She recently launched her apparel line with Nike that features her logo.

Iga Swiatek Switches To Tecnifibre Racquet

Iga Swiatek posted pictures on social media showing her practicing with a Tecnifibre racquet. She had previously used Prince racquets.

In recent years, Prince has had a tough time retaining top players. Other racquet makers such as Wilson, Babolat, Head, and Technifbre have been willing to pay athletes more to use their racquets.

It is not clear if Swiatek is testing out Technifibre or if she already has a sponsorship deal with the French racquet maker. Tecnifibre does not have any top women players using its racquets. Signing up a young and upcoming player such as Swiatek would give the company a great opportunity to market its racquets.

In 2018, Technifibre merged with Lacoste. The merger was expected to bring synergies and accelerate product development.
