Jannik Sinner Has a Star-Studded Sponsor Roster (Which Includes Rolex, Gucci, And Formula 1)

Italian sensation Jannik Sinner is taking the tennis world by storm. Sinner was a skiing champion between ages 8 and 12, but then he dedicated himself to tennis. In 2024, he won his maiden grand slam title at the Australian Open. That same year, he went on to win the US Open. He also reached the world number 1 ranking on the back of some impressive results.

Sponsors have lined up to sign Sinner before he hits the big leagues. He has an impressive list of sponsors including Nike, Head, Alfa Romeo, Lavazza, Parmigiano Reggiano, Technogym, Gucci, F1, and Rolex.

At the age of 13, the renowned Italian coach Riccardo Piatti discovered him and persuaded him to pursue tennis as a full-time endeavor. Sinner honed his tennis skills at Piatti’s academy in Bordighera, Italy. Piatti has collaborated with tennis luminaries such as Ivan Ljubicic, Novak Djokovic, Richard Gasquet, and Borna Coric. Opting for a strategic move toward long-term success, Sinner parted ways with Piatti in 2022.

Throughout his career, he has amassed a substantial prize money total, exceeding $30 million.Present and former players have ordained Sinner to be the next big thing in tennis. His poise on the tennis court and his ability to handle pressure has won accolades from almost everyone in tennis.

Sinner mostly skipped juniors and started playing futures and challengers. He quickly found success competing against players much older than him.

Sinner loves Eminem’s music. His favorite tennis player is Roger Federer. Sinner is represented by Star Wing Sports.

Nike

Nike signed up Jannik Sinner in 2019 to an apparel and shoe deal worth more than $150 million. He earns $16 million annually from the Nike contract.

Previously, Sinner was with Head. When Sinner announced that he was leaving Head for Nike, his fans on social media said they would miss Head’s yellow top and red hat combination that Sinner used to wear.

Head

Sinner has a racquet deal with Head.  He appears to be using the Head Speed MP racquet.  Some players use customized racquets with a paint job. He appears to be using the Head TGT 301.4 pro stock racquet.

Rolex

Sinner became a global ambassador for Rolex in early 2020.  Rolex, which makes luxury watches, sponsors top tennis players such as Roger Federer and is the official timekeeper at Grand Slam tournaments.

Alfa Romeo

Alfa Romeo partnered with Sinner in 2020. Alfa Romeo is a premium Italian car manufacturer founded in Milan, Italy in 1910. The company is known for its sporty vehicles.

Parmigiano Reggiano 

Sinner became an ambassador for cheese brand Parmigiano Reggiano in 2020.

Technogym

Technogym makes treadmills, ellipticals, and other fitness equipment. The company is based in Cesena, Italy.

Lavazza

Lavazza is an Italian company that makes coffee products. Sinner started endorsing Lavazza in 2020. The company has a long distinguished history and was founded in 1895.

Gucci

Italian fashion house Gucci signed up Sinner in 2021. The company was founded in 1921 in Florence, Tuscany. Gucci makes handbags, clothes, footwear, apparel, make-up accessories, and home decor.

Formula 1

Sinner is a Formula 1 fan, so the Formula 1 sponsorship was a natural fit. Speaking of the partnership with F1, Sinner said:

One of the main reasons why I love F1, whether that’s watching, karting with my friends, or racing in a simulator, is because I feel there’s a lot of synergies between tennis and racing. I feel that in both sports it’s all about the 1% and it’s the small details that make a huge difference.”

Karolina Pliskova reached the world number one ranking in 2017 and has consistently remained near the top of the rankings as a result of her outstanding play.  Sponsors realize the huge potential of Pliskova and have signed her up to big deals.

Karolina Plíšková was born in Louny to Radek Plíšek and Martina Plíšková.  She has an identical twin sister, Kristýna, who is two minutes older and is also a tennis player. She started playing tennis at the age of 4. She trains at the Sparta Praha tennis club.

In 2018, she married her boyfriend Michal Hrdlička. Hrdlička is a Czech sports commentator and presenter.

Fila

Pliskova has an apparel and shoe deal with Fila. Partnership with FILA began in 2016.

Babolat

Pliskova has a racquet deal with Babolat. Her current racquet is the Babolat Pure Drive.

SmartWings

SmartWings is a budget airline that operates flights to several European metropolitan and leisure destinations.

Czech Airlines

Czech Airlines is the flag carrier of the Czech Republic. The airline’s hub is at Václav Havel Airport in Prague.

ATT Investments

ATT Investments is a Czech financial company that operates in Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia.  The firm focuses on the commodity market.

Mototechna

Mototechna specializes mainly in selling quality used cars with good service history and low mileage.

Eko MB

Eko MB is a recycling company focused on plastics, PVC, and films.

EAU Thermale Avene

Avene is a skincare company that makes products that soothe and soften the skin.   At the heart of the brand is Avène Thermal Spring Water, a natural soothing source clinically shown by over 150 studies to improve the skin.

J&T Banka

J&T Banka operates in the private equity and banking sectors.  J&T invests mainly in the financial services, energy sector, real estate, health care, media, and sports sectors.

Hublot

Hublot is a Swiss luxury watchmaker.  The manufactures some of the most expensive watches in the world. Hublot is a subsidiary of Frech company LVMH.
