Bryan brothers, Bob Bryan and Mike Bryan announced their partnership with Cannabidiol, company CBD Biocare.  The company makes CBD products which are shown to have numerous benefits including improved focus, and as treatment for anxiety and depression.

John Isner also has an endorsement deal with Defy, a company that makes performance sports drinks with CBD.
