Ashleigh Barty Engaged To Golfer Garry Kissick After Dating For 5 Years

Ashleigh Barty announced her engagement to her longtime boyfriend Garry Kissick. Barty shared a picture of the two with the caption, “Future husband”. The couple has been dating since 2016.

Kissick is a golf professional at the Brookwater Golf and Country Club in Queensland. Several top players including Simona Halep, Sam Stosur, and Casey Dellacqua offered their best wishes to the couple on Instagram.

Though the couple likes to stay low profile, Kissick traveled to Wimbledon despite the COVID-19 restrictions in Australia. Barty warmly embraced him in the stands after winning the title. 

Ashleigh Barty capped off an incredible season- she won the Wimbledon title and finished as world number one for the third straight year. Only Steffi Graf, Martina Navratilova, Serena Williams, and Chris Evert have finished number one three years in a row.
