Jason Kubler was ranked world number 1 as a junior but after moving to the ATP tour, he has been dealing with a hereditary knee condition, which prevented him from reaching his full potential.  He underwent six knee surgeries. To protect his knee, Kubler played only on clay courts for several years.  

In 2022, he reached the Australian Open mixed doubles final with fellow Aussie Jaimee Fourlis. At Wimbledon, he reached the fourth round – his deepest run in singles at a grand slam. In 2023, he won the Australian Open doubles title with Rinky Hijikata. His sponsors are Asics, Babolat, and GO Markets. He has earned over $1 million in his career.
