Daniil Medvedev Is The Face Of Lacoste’s New Tennis Shoe AG-LT21

Lacoste has released its new tennis shoes, Lacoste AG-LT21. Daniil Medvedev is the first player to wear this shoe, which is not surprising given that he worked closely with the Lacoste team to design the shoe.

Lacoste AG-LT21 is lightweight (weighs 14.5 oz for 10.5 size shoes) and provides excellent support to your feet as you move around the court. The shoe has a padded collar around the ankle and the PEBAX support frame forms an inner cage around the foot. This excelling support, along with a double lacing system keeps your feet secure.

You need to be able to change directions very fast, and for this, your shoe must be very agile. Also, I like to slide before my shots, sometimes even on hard courts, so it has to be really stable.

-Daniil Medvedev

The shoe has helix-woven mesh uppers that are breathable. The midsole has good cushioning for comfort and rebound. The outsole has Goodyear rubber in a herringbone pattern for durability and traction on the court. The shoe comes in two colors – blue and white.

It will be interesting to see if other Lacoste-sponsored players such as Novak Djokovic start switching to the Lacoste shoes.
