Federer’s Endorsement Earnings – Year By Year

Roger Federer is on his way to becoming the first tennis player to become a billionaire. Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods became billionaires with endorsement earnings from basketball and golf. Tennis has not had one yet.

As you can see below, his earnings in 2019 is almost triple his earnings from 2009.

Coric, Garcia and Swiatek Join Team Asics

Borna Coric, Caroline Garcia and Iga Swiatek have joined Team Asics.  All three players were previously with Nike.  This is the latest move in players leaving Nike, and moving on to other sponsors.

Garcia is currently ranked 46 in the world.  She reached a career high ranking of 4 in 2018.  Garcia will wear the Asics GEL-RESOLUTION™ 8 shoes on the court.  Swiatek is  only 18, and is an likely to be a future star on the tour.

Coric is currently ranked 28 in the world, and has been in the top 30 rankings for some time. The Croatian will wear the Asics COURT FF™ 2 shoe.

ASICS  partnered with the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy in 2019 in an effort to develop young tennis talent.
