Marton Fucsovics Shows Support On World Autism Day

Hungarian tennis player Marton Fucsovics took to Instagram to show support for people suffering from autism on World Autism Day.

People with autism are characterized by unique social interactions,  ways of learning, deep interests in specific subjects, inclination to routines, challenges in typical communications, and non-standard ways of processing sensory information.

The stigmatization and discrimination associated with the disease have continued to remains big obstacles to diagnosis and therapy.

Fucsovics reached a career-high singles ranking of 31 in 2019. He has won 1 singles title in his career.

Jelena Jankovic Welcomes Baby Girl

Former world number one Jelena Jankovic has given birth to a baby girl according to reports in the Serbian media. She has been romantically involved with Serbian doctor Branko Barać.

Jankovic first met Barać at the Adria Tour tennis tournament organized by Novak Djokovic. Many players including Novak Djokovic tested positive for COVID-19 during the Adria tour.

Jankovic went to a private clinic for a COVID-19 test and again ran into Barać. Soon thereafter, the couple started dating. The couple then spent their vacation together in Montenegro.

Jankovic retired from the tennis tour in 2017 due to injuries, though she never made an official retirement announcement. She reached the number 1 ranking in 2008.

Jankovic’s best grand slam result came at the US Open where she reached the finals. He also reached the semifinals at the French Open and the Australian Open. She won 15 singles titles and earned over $19 million in her career.
