Matteo Berrettini May Skip Clay, Go To Grass Courts After Hand Surgery

Matteo Berrettini wants to take a cautious approach with his return to tennis after a hand surgery. Berrettini said that he will limit his play on clay and focus on the grass court season.

Speaking of his plans for the next few months, Berrettini told Eurosport Italia:

I don’t want to rush anything, I will only go to Paris if I am in a position to go all the way. At the moment it is more no than yes, in that case I will go directly to the tournaments on the grass.
