Cameron Norrie Joins Rado Family

Swiss watch watchmaker Rado has signed up Cameron Norrie to be its ambassador. The company founded in 1917, is well-known for its innovative design. Rado is currently owned by the Swatch Group, which owns other popular watch brands such as Omega, Longines and Tissot. 

Excited to be a part of the @rado team. A masterclass brand in traditional watchmaking, the dedication and craft skills that Rado is known for is something that I admire and I’m proud to be their newest ambassador.

Norrie is the number 1 ranked British player on the men’s tour. He won his first title in 2021 at the Los Cabos Open. He plays an unconventional style game with heavy topspin forehands and flat backhands. He has a solid net game, which he has built based on occasional doubles play.

Cameron Norrie was born in Johannesburg, South Africa to a Scottish father and a Welsh mother. Both his parents were microbiologists. When Norrie was three, his family moved to Auckland, New Zealand. At age 16, he moved to London before attending college at Texas Christian University. He turned pro in 2017.
