Federer’s 2020 Schedule Includes French Open and Tokyo Olympic Games

Roger Federer announced that he will play at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.  Federer also confirmed that he will compete at the French Open next year, though he may not play any warm-up tournaments on clay.

Federer said, “I will play the French Open and I probably won’t play much before that,. I’ll probably play the French, Halle, Wimbledon, the Olympics, maybe Cincinnati and then the US Open.”

Danielle Collins Diagonosed With Rheumatoid Arthritis

Danielle Collins has been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Collins shared the news with the media.  It also included a statement from her physician Clifton Page.

Collins plans to continue to play professional tennis.  Caroline Wozniacki is another WTA player diagnosed with the disease which can be painful.  Some people go into remission but most will have to deal with it throughout their life.
