Victoria Azarenka is one of the most successful players from Belarus. With two grand slam titles and more than 20 singles titles, Azarenka was one of the dominant players on the tour this decade.

Sponsors lined to sign her up when she was at the top but sadly many have left since she took a pregnancy hiatus. As she returns to tennis form again, expect more sponsors to partner with Azarenka. Nike is her only major sponsor at this time.

Stan Wawrinka has split with longtime coach Magnus Norman.  Wawrinka announced the news of the split on Instagram.  Norman has been Wawrinka’s coach since 2013. During his time as a coach, Wawrinka won 3 grand slam titles and a total of 13 ATP titles.

During his time with Norman, Wawrinka was able to successfully challenge the Big Four – Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, and Andy Murray, at their peak. Wawrinka underwent two knee surgeries in 2017. His ranking slipped to No. 263 but his rankings have since bounced back to No. 13.

After 8 great years together @swedennorman and I have decided to part ways by mutual consent. We have had a amazingly strong, enjoyable and hugely successful partnership. We reached the height of this sport together and I want to thank him for helping me win everything that I could ever have dreamt of winning. He’s been a great coach, friend and mentor and will always be a dear friend. I want to publicly thank him for all his hard work dedication and commitment in making me a better player over the years. Winning 3 grand slams has been a life changing experience for me and I could not have done that without him. Wishing him all the best in his next chapter in his life

Wawrinka skipped the 2020 US Open due to the health situation in New York. He will participate in the upcoming French Open.

Prior to coaching  Wawrinka, Magnus Norman coached Robin Soderling helping him reach two French Open finals and win a Masters title.
