Serena Williams Sells Palm Beach Home For $2.8 Million, Looks To Move West

Serena Williams has sold her Palm Beach Gardens home for $2.8 million. Williams bought the 5600- sq. ft five-bedroom, five-bath house for $2.5 million in 2015. The house is located in an exclusive gated community.

Serena Williams has been hinting at moving to the West Coast for some time. But the move may not happen instantly as Williams is still focused on tennis, and Florid remains an ideal place to train due to its weather.

South Florida market has been red-hot in recent months. Williams didn’t even list her home for sale – probably, because she was able to sell it without listing the property. Property records show that the sale took place at the end of last year.

Serena Williams currently has 23 grand slams. The 39-year old has been focused on winning one more grand slam that would help her tie the record held by Margaret Court.
