A slow workout on a bike helps players cool down after the match. Tennis players spend only 10-15 minutes on the bike. The workout slows the heart rate down, removes lactic acid build-up, and allows them to recover faster.

Biking after a match also reduces muscle cramps and chances of injury. But not all tennis players prefer the stationary bike for their cooldown routine.
