Felix Auger-Aliassime Owns Carlos Alcaraz, WTA Tour Returns To China In 2023

Felix Auger-Aliassime won his third title in a row at Basel, beating Holger Rune. The Basel final was Auger-Aliassime’s 13th consecutive win. Along the way, he beat world number 1, Carlos Alcaraz. Holger Rune will break into the Top 20 in the ATP rankings with his run in Basel. (Yahoo Sports)

Daniil Medvedev beat Denis Shapovalov to win the Erste Bank Open in Vienna in three sets. This title was Medvedev’s 15th tour-level title. (ATP)

WTA tour will return to China in 2023. WTA suspended events in the country in 2021 over the Peng Shuai controversy.  (CNN)

The WTA finals will be held in Fort Worth between October 31 and November 7th. Iga Swiatek starts as the obvious favorite to win the year-end title.
