Belinda Bencic has switched from Nike to Asics for clothing and shoes. This means that Nike has dropped another tennis player as it focuses its efforts on other sports.

Asics recently parted ways with world number one Iga Swiatek as she switched to the Swiss brand On. This gave Asics to reallocate money to another top tennis player.
