Naomi Osaka’s boyfriend and rapper YBN Cordae was arrested at a protest for Breonna Taylor. Taylor was fatally shot by the police at her Louisville apartment.
YBN Cordae along with several protesters were involved in a sit-in protest at the yard of Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron when they were arrested. “Free Cordae” was one of the popular trending topics on social media after the arrest.
Osaka was shocked by the arrest and shared her feelings on Twitter.
