Kristyna Pliskova announced on social media that she and her partner David Hancko are expecting a baby. On her Instagram page, Pliskova posted a message and a black and white picture.

Pliskova and David Hancko got engaged earlier this year. Hancko is a soccer player and plays for the for Czech First League club Sparta Prague. He also represents Slovakia in soccer.

Krystina Pliskova is the elder sister of former world number 1 Karolina Pliskova. She reached a peak singles ranking of world number 35. She has won one singles title and five doubles titles in her career.
