World No. 2 Karolina Pliskova has announced the she has split with coach Conchita Martinez. Martinez has been working with Pliskova since 2018.

Pliskova reached the semi-finals at the WTA Finals in Shenzhen and at the Australian Open this year.  She won 4 titles this year.  But a Grand Slam has proved elusive for the the 27-year-old Czech

Martinez previously worked with Garbine Muguruza, helping her win the Wimbledon title.
