Lindsay Davenport’s Son Jagger Leach Looks To Make His Mark In Tennis

Lindsay Davenport’s son Jagger Leach is only 14 but he is already 6 feet 2 inches tall. Leach recently had a good run at the under-14 Junior Orange Bowl Championships.

Since he is only 14 and has a lot of growing to do – both in height and in tennis terms- but there are a lot of signs that he will become a top tennis star in the future.

First, he has the genes. His mom Lindsay Davenport is a former world number 1 and a three-time grand slam champion. His dad Jon Leach was an All-American at USC. His uncle Rick Leach won 5 grand slam titles in doubles in the late eighties and early nineties.

Leach is currently training at the IMG Academy in Florida. He gets a lot of advice from his mom and dad. He is a hard worker and puts in time on the court to improve his game. It will be a while before he plays on the ATP tour but Jagger Leach is someone worth watching.

Alexander Zverev Caps off An Impressive 2021 with German Sportsman of the Year 2021

Alexander Zverev has on the German Sportsman of the Year 2021. Zverev had a fantastic 2021 – winning the gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics and the year-end ATP Finals. He also reached the semifinals at the French Open and the US Open.

Zverev is currently under investigation by the ATP for domestic abuse allegations against his ex-girlfriend Olga Sharypova. But his on-court performance has not suffered as a result of off-court drama that has followed him all year long.

Alexander Zverev is still searching for his first grand slam. In 2020, he lost the US Open final to Dominic Thiem in a difficult 5-setter.
