Rafael Nadal Opens Sports University In Spain

Rafael Nadal has partnered with Alfonso X el Sabio University (UAX) to form the UAX Rafa Nadal Sports University. Nadal hopes that this new university will help the sports industry grow by training more professionals.

Nadal runs the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca. The academy trains up-and coming players and includes an international school. The academy has clay courts, hard courts, swimming pools and state-of-the-art fitness facilities.

Nadal is one of the greatest players to play the game. With 21 titles, including 13 French Open titles, he holds numerous records that will stand for decades.

Czech National Mint Issues Commemorative Gold And Silver Coins To Celebrate Barbora Krejcikova’s and Katerina Siniakova’s Gold Medal At Tokyo Olympics

The Czech National Mint has issued commemorative gold and silver coins to celebrate Barbora Krejcikova‘s and Katerina Siniakova‘s doubles gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Krejcikova and Siniakova participated in the minting of the coins at the national mint. The pair has won four grand slam titles together and is currently the number one doubles team in the world.

Barbora Krejcikova has won eight grand slam titles – one singles title, four doubles titles, and three mixed doubles titles. She is only one of three active players to have won a grand slam title in all three disciplines. Other players to achieve this feat are Serena Williams and  Venus Williams.
