Adidas has signed up rising German tennis player Jule Niemeier. She will wear Adidas clothing and shoes. She was previously with Lotto.

Niemeier had a big 2022 season. She reached the quarterfinals at Wimbledon and the fourth round at the US Open. She finished the 2022 season ranked 62 in the world.

She has represented Germany in Fed Cup and in United Cup. She has made more than $1 million in prize money in her career.

Donna Vekic and Nike have parted ways. Vekic will wear Donna Sport (powered by Uomo)- her personal brand apparel in 2023. Vekic ended the year just inside the top 70 in the world after having dropped out of the top 100 in 2021.

In 2022, Donna Vekic was briefly ranked inside the top 50. Despite her improved results in 2022, Nike decided to spend its money on other promising athletes.

Vekic has won three WTA titles and reached a career-high ranking of world number 19 in 2019. Her best grand slam result came at the 2019 US Open where she reached the quarterfinals. She has earned over $6 million in prize money in her career.
