Bianca Andreescu Becomes Ambassador For Sleep Country

Canadian specialty sleep retailer, Sleep Country, has signed up Bianca Andreescu as its ambassador. Sleep Country is an omnichannel retailer that has both retail locations and e-commerce platforms to sell mattresses, beds, furniture, and pillows.

Sleep Country was founded in 1994 by Christine Magee, Stephen Gunn, and Gordon Lownds in Vancouver, British Columbia. The company has since grown to over 265 stores across Canada.

Sleep is such a key part of my health and wellness which translates to my success on the court. Whether it’s giving my body rest to recover from a match or keeping my mind sharp and focused in the moment – sleep allows me to stay at the top of my game.

Sleep Country and I wholeheartedly believe that sleep is the catalyst for optimal performance and for living a healthier and happier life. I look forward to partnering with Sleep Country to inspire Canadians to harness the power of sleep.

In 2019, Bianca Andreescu became the first Canadian to win a grand slam singles title. Andreescu’s parents, Nicu and Maria Andreescu, emigrated from Romania to Canada.  Andreescu uses both power and variety in her shots to dominate her opponents.
