Andrey Rublev is not currently in a relationship.  Rublev was previously dating former tennis player Anastasija Homutova. Homutova played occasionally on the ITF tour but her tennis career didn’t work out as expected. They were in a relationship for a few years.

Though Rublev is very talented and has been consistently ranked in the top 10 in the world, he has struggled to get past the quarterfinals stage at grand slams. At the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, he won the gold medal in mixed doubles.

Rublev’s life has revolved around sports. His mom Marina Marenko is a tennis coach and his father is a former professional boxer. It’s not surprising that he found love in a tennis player.

Rublev, along with Daniil Medvedev, is leading the Russian resurgence in men’s tennis. Daniil Medvedev has already won a grand slam title but Rublev is continuing his search for a grand slam.

Stefanos Tsitsipas is currently dating WTA player Paula Badosa. He was previously dating Theodora Petalas.

The couple had been together for a couple of years until 2023 when they split. After beating Rafael Nadal at the 2021 Australian Open, Tsitsipas wrote “TP, that’s for you” on the camera, confirming his love for Petalas.

Theodora Petalas currently lives in London. She graduated with a bachelor’s and master’s degree from New York University. He worked as a marketing and membership manager for Habitas in New York until 2018 according to her Linkedin profile. 

The couple was introduced to each other by mutual friends and first met about three years ago in New York. Petalas occasionally plays tennis with Tsitsipas. While most girlfriends of top tennis players give up their career ambitions, Petalas has focused on her work and her career.

With Tsitsipas traveling most of the year and Petalas living in London, the relationship has not been easy. She travels to a few tournaments to support Tsitsipas. Tsitsipas has said that they talk daily but their relationship is been long-distance for a major part of the year.

In summer 2020, OK Magazine featured photographs from the couple’s vacation in Mikonos. Photos showed them jet skiing and enjoy the beautiful summer weather. 

Interestingly, Tsitspas, who is very active on social media, does not share pictures of Petalas. He follows her on Instagram but her account is set to private.

Tsitsipas was often rumored to be in a relationship with compatriot Maria Sakkari but those rumors were not true. The two were just good friends. Now that we know that Tsitsipas is in a relationship with Theodora Petalas, those rumors can be put to rest.
