Sebastian Korda’s Coaching Team Led By Dad Petr Korda

Sebastian Korda is coached by his dad Petr Korda, Dean Goldfine, and Theodor Devoty. While that sounds like a lot of coaches for an up-and-coming player, it’s not unusual for players to have multiple coaches.

Sebastian Korda’s dad, Petr, was his primary coach during his junior days and still leads the coaching team. Korda started working with Dean Goldfine in 2017. Goldfine helped Korda win the 2018 boy’s title and helped Korda transition from the juniors to the professional tour.

Korda also works with former Czech tennis player Theodor Devoty.  Korda trained with Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi prior to the 2021 season.

Goldfine is a veteran tennis coach. He coached Andy Roddick, Todd Martin (who reached the US Open final), Xavier Malisse, and Mary Joe Fernandez.

Both of Sebastian Korda’s parents are tennis players. His dad, Petr, won the 1998 Australian Open and his mom  Regina Rajchrtová is a former Top 30 player in the world. His two sisters – Jessica and Nelly – are both professional golfers on the LPGA tour.
