Carlos Alcaraz Bulks Up, Draws Comparison To Nadal Again

Carlos Alcaraz spent a lot of time at the gym in his offseason. That’s the conclusion we can come to after seeing his toned arms. He is also wearing a sleeveless shirt in Australia showing off his muscles.

In many ways, Carlos Alcaraz Garfia reminds me of Rafael Nadal in his younger days. Before long, Alcaraz will be a grand slam contender and a major force on the ATP tour.

Alcaraz reached the 2021 US Open quarterfinal at age 18, becoming the youngest US Open quarterfinalist in the Open era. Along the way, he beat world number 3 Stefanos Tsitsipas.

Alcaraz has bee working with former French Open champion Juan Carlos Ferrero since 2019. A strong physique will set Alcaraz apart from his peers, just like it did for Nadal.
