Gael Monfils and Elina Svitolina have welcomed a baby girl Skaï. Monfils and Svitolina got married in 2021. This is the couple’s first child. The tennis power couple announced the baby news on social media with a picture. 

Monfils was delighted with the baby’s arrival, saying:

I had the most amazing night of my life, which ended with the most beautiful gift around 6:00am.Elina was strong and brave. I can’t t thank enough my wife and God for this special moment. Wwelcome to the world my little princess SKAÏ

Elina Svitolina is a former world number 3 who has won 16 singles titles in her career. She has made it to the semifinal stage of a grand slam twice in her career. Both those semifinal runs came in 2019.

Gael Monfils reached a career-high ranking of world number 6 in 2016. He has won 11 singles titles in his career. In 2016, he reached the semifinals at the US Open.
