Kei Nishikori and his wife Mai are expecting a baby this year. Nishikori announced the good news on his app and on Twitter. 

Nishikori and Mai Yamauchi married at the end of last year after dating for five years. The couple had kept the wedding a secret to avoid the media frenzy.

Mai Yamauchi and is a former model.  She has appeared in the Kobe Collection and Tokyo Collection, and in several commercials. Her stage name was Mai Tachibana. She also goes by the name Ako Mizuki.

Kei  Nishikori is one of Japan’s most successful tennis players. He is also one of the highest-paid tennis players in the world and is sought after by sponsors.

Russian tennis player Veronika Kudermetova is married to Sergey Demekhine, who is 13 years older than her. Sergey Demekhine started coaching Kudermetova when she was 14 years old. They got married in 2017. Demekhine continues to coach Kudermetova, though she has worked with other coaches as well.

The couple is happily married now but some uncomfortable questions have been raised given how young Kudermetova was when their romantic relationship started. The age difference between the two has also raised some eyebrows.

Kudermetova and Demekhine started dating when she was 16. Speaking of their relationship, she said:

At the age of 16, I just liked him but I didn’t even think about anything more. Probably, it’s my upbringing that affected me. Such thoughts had been unacceptable to me

Sergey Demekhine previously coached former world number 2, Vera Zvonareva to two grand slam finals – the 2010 Wimbledon Championships and the 2010 US Open.

Demekhine is a professional tennis player. He won one ITF singles title in his career. He struggled to get into main draws at ATP tournaments and retired in 2009.

Known for his good looks, Sergey Demekhine was once a fashion model for Armani. Armani currently sponsors Kudermetova’s apparel and shoes.
