Pierre-Hugues Herbert and his fiance’ Julia Lang married this week after 7 years of dating. The couple has a boy Harper, who was born in 2020.

Herbert shared the news on social media with a picture.

Pierre-Hugues Herbert was more successful in doubles than in singles. He has won all four grand slams in doubles with countryman Nicolas Mahut. Hebert helped France win the 2017 Davis Cup by winning a crucial doubles tie with Richard Gasquet in the final against Belgium.

Herbert had an excellent junior career. He reached a peak ranking of world number 9 in the juniors. He reached the semifinals at the 2009 Australian Open boy’s singles, where he lost to Australia’s Bernard Tomic.

Simona Halep married businessman Toni Iuruc on Wednesday in her hometown of Constanta in Romania. The couple has been dating for almost three years. Halep wore a beautiful golden dress for the wedding and a white sleeveless dress for the reception.

In addition to an official marriage signing, the wedding included day-long celebration. Halep shared several pictures on social media. Many current and retired tennis players congratulated the newly married couple. 

Halep’s coach Darren Cahill could not attend the wedding but congratulated the couple on social media.
