Kiki Bertens and her husband Remko de Rijke welcomed a baby boy Mats this week. Bertens shared the news on social media with a picture. Bertens married her physiotherapist Remko de Rijke in 2019. This is the couple’s first child.

Bertens won 10 titles in her career that spanned from 2009 to 2021. She retired from tennis in 2021 after a struggle with injuries. She reached a career-high ranking of world number 4 in 2019. Her best grand slam result came at the French Open where she reached the semifinals in 2016.

Kiki Bertens was the highest-ranked Dutch female tennis player ever. Her best results came on clay but she was also a good player on hard courts.

Garbine Muguruza is currently dating Arthur Borges. Borges is Finnish and works as Director for Tom Ford’s Made To Measure business in North America. Muguruza and Borges are not shy about their relationships, often attending events together.

Borges has been seen in the stands during Muguruza’s matches. He was previously  married to Finnish skater Kiira Korpi. Korpi was a three-time European medalist and a five-time Finnish national champion. She retired from competitive skiing in 2015.

Garbine Muguruza was rumored to be dating Swiss tennis star Stan Wawrinka before dating Borges. She has won 2 grand slam titles – the 2016 French Open and 2017 Wimbledon titles. She also finished runner-up at the Australian Open in 2020.
