Tennis Channel Extends Prakash Amritraj’s Contract Until 2023
Prakash Amritraj and the Tennis Channel agreed to a three-year extension of Amritraj’s contract. The new contract guarantees that Amritraj will stay at the network until 2023. He has been a regular on the Tennis Channel since 2016.
Prakash Amritraj is the host of Prakash Worldwide, where he travels around the world to talk to tennis players. He has worked as an in-match analyst in the studio and as a travel reporter at tennis events worldwide. His abundant energy and his excellent relationship with professional tennis players have earned him praise from the network’s viewers.
Amritraj led the University of Southern California to a national championship in 2002 as a freshman. He represented India in Davis up as its top-ranked player and reached a career-high singles ranking of world number 154 in 2009. He is the son of a legendary Indian tennis player, Vijay Amritraj.
