Daniil Medvedev Goes Kart Racing With Daniil Kvyat And Alex Albon

After his Australian Open loss to Rafael Nadal, Daniil Medvedev wanted to take his mind off tennis. So he went kart racing with Alex Albon and Daniil Kvyat.

Daniil Medvedev appeared pretty good at racing as he moved around the track smoothly. Medvedev, whos 6 foot 6 inches  tall, managed to get his long legs into the cart and looked very comfortable racing.

Daniil Kvyat is the most successful Russian Formula 1 driver. He competed in F1 between 2014 and 2020. Kvyat is  currently a reserve driver for the Alpine F1 Team.

Why Do Tennis Players Use Stationary Bikes After A Match?

Have you noticed that a lot of tennis players work out on a stationary bike after their match is finished? The tennis match itself is tiring, why do they work out on a bike after the match?

A slow workout on a bike helps players cool down after the match. Tennis players spend only 10-15 minutes on the bike. The workout slows the heart rate down, removes lactic acid build-up, and allows them to recover faster.

Biking after a match also reduces muscle cramps and chances of injury. But not all tennis players prefer the stationary bike for their cooldown routine.

Other cooldown techniques include a light jog and hitting some balls on the tennis court. Tennis players usually this-up with a stretch, massage, or an ice bath.
