Lauren Davis reached a career-high ranking of world number 26 in 2017. As a junior, she was ranked as high as world number 3. She trained at the Evert Tennis Academy in Florida.

Her dad William Davis is a cardiologist and author of the popular book “Wheat Belly”. Davis has reached the third round of a grand slam multiple times.
